Privacy Policy

The following section, in conjunction with our Delivery & Returns page, Privacy Notice forms our company policy. Before submitting an order we recommend that you read and understand these policies. When you submit an order you are entering into a contract with 4x4 Tyres Limited and you may be bound by the terms described herein. PRICES

All prices quoted online Include UK VAT appropriate. We make every effort to keep our prices up to date and ensure that we are competitively positioned.  We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. It may be that prices are incorrectly quoted or changed due to external circumstances. We have no statutory obligation to sell goods at the price quoted if that price is incorrect.

DELIVERY

To help reduce overheads and thus keep our retail pricing structure one of the most competitive in the industry we generally despatch goods three days per week.  For all Accessories and Wheels without tyres we use a mainland courier who operates a 48 hour delivery timetable ( working days )  Should you not be available when the courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card for you to re arrange delivery for which there is no additional cost.

Wheel & Tyre packages are generally shipped secured to a pallet - this ensures that no one handles your product in between it departing ourselves and arriving with yourself and subsequently reduces the chances of damage.

The courier will ring you on the number supplied to arrange a delivery day - please be aware that should a delivery be arranged and upon arrival nobody is available to take delivery there will be a re-delivery charge - normally around £ 35 

PAYMENT

We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. All payments are taken via our secure server and to eliminate fraud all goods can only be dispatched to the registered card holders address

We also accept Personal and Business Cheque but please note that due to a change in legislation we have to allow 14 working days for cheques to fully clear 

We are also in a position to accept Paypal for which there is a link on the payment page. -  Again we can only deliver to the address registered within your Paypal account.

RETURNS

You are free to return goods unused for a period of 30 days after delivery. Circumstances will dictate whether a full refund or an exchange is appropriate. Goods that have been used cannot be returned unless a warranty claim will be entered into.

All goods have a minimum 1 year manufacturer's warranty (unless otherwise clearly indicated). Warranty claims for faulty goods will be dealt with through us but the manufacturer will make an assessment and decide on the proper course of action.

All goods should be returned packed to the same standard as when received, to avoid damage in transit.

IMAGES

We make every effort to ensure that the product images we use are accurate and up to date. All product images are either owned by 4x4 Tyres Limited or are used with the permission of the originator and remain the copyright of the originator. Unauthorised use of images owned by 4x4 Tyres will be taken seriously and could result in legal action being taken.

Manufacturer and Land Rover part numbers are used for identification purposes only and do not imply or indicate the identity of the manufacturer
